      • Justify the decision or disqualify it logically.
        • Calculate the cost. 
        • If you can, make the decision in pieces, do it. This could reduce the risk.
      • Trial and Error (14:32)
        • Results of decisions you make are always 50/50.
        • Try something, see how it works and if it doesn’t work, try something new.  
      • Persistence (15:58)
        • You have to be willing to take some risks, accept the worst case scenario, and try something else if one thing doesn’t work.
